The new Love Controls 900 series is a multi-loop temperature/process control which offers an array of features in a compact 1/4 DIN package. The 900 series features an universal input for thermocouples (J, K, T, R, S, B); RTDs (Pt100 ohm, DIN); and process input (0 to 20mA DC, 4 to 20 mA DC, 0 to 1 VDC or 0 to 10 VDC). This control offers easy setup for most temperature and process applications.

Standard features include fully adjustable PID, Feed-forward with approach limits (for large process disturbances), non-volatile memory, Auto/Manual with bumpless transfer and front panel activation key, and a security lockout feature that includes four levels of password protection and a hardware key.

The 900 series is available with up to 4 or 8 set points. These outputs are fully isolated from the inputs, and can be programmed for on/off, time proportioning, or heat/cool. The outputs available are 10A relays or 24 VDC SSR drive. Also, this economical 1/4 DIN control comes with standard auxiliary 5A relay and two alarms per channel.

Included with the 900 series is an auxiliary unit which contains the circuit interface for the controller, the two alarm relays, the control outputs and the auxiliary relay. All the outputs are galvanically isolated from the inputs.
